WrestleMania 35 (LiveBlog)

The superstars of WWE are in the New York/New Jersey area for the biggest spectacle of all, WrestleMania 35. Coming from Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, this is what every superstar dreams of. The card has a few decent matches, with one historic match at the end. That being the women headlining WrestleMania for the first time when Ronda Rousey defends the WWE RAW Women’s Championship and Charlotte Flair defends the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship in a triple threat match against Becky Lynch in a Winner Take All match. Other matches are as follows:

  • Winner take all – Raw Women’s Championship and SmackDown Women’s Championship (main event): Raw champion Ronda Rousey and SmackDown champion Charlotte Flair defend against Becky Lynch in a Triple Threat match
  • Universal championship: Brock Lesnar defends against Seth Rollins
  • WWE championship: Daniel Bryan defends against Kofi Kingston
  • No holds barred (If Triple H loses, he must retire): Triple H vs. Batista
  • Kurt Angle’s retirement match: Kurt Angle vs. Baron Corbin
  • Drew McIntyre vs. Roman Reigns
  • Falls Count Anywhere: Shane McMahon vs. The Miz
  • AJ Styles vs. Randy Orton
  • WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: The Boss & Hug Connection (Bayley & Sasha Banks) defend against Natalya & Beth Phoenix and Nia Jax & Tamina Snuka and The IIconics (Billie Kay & Peyton Royce)
  • United States championship: Samoa Joe defends against Rey Mysterio
  • Intercontinental championship: Bobby Lashley defends against “Demon King” Finn Balor
  • SmackDown Tag Team Championship: The Usos (Jimmy & Jey) defend against Aleister Black & Ricochet, The Bar (Sheamus & Cesaro) and Shinsuke Nakamura & Rusev
  • Raw Tag Team Championship: The Revival defend against Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins
  • Cruiserweight championship (Kickoff Show): Buddy Murphy defends against Tony NeseAndre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal
