Article 2, Section 3 of the United States Constitution says that the President ”
shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient.” Such arrangements are made between the Speaker of the House and the President. Tonight, President Trump will do just that for the second time, and third speech before a joint session of Congress.

Trump will speak at 9PM Eastern and it will air on every TV and radio news network, as well as Facebook and the White House website. Of course, many news stations will have coverage throughout the day, and I will be no different as I will be providing highlights, commentary, observations, and a little bit of snark in the LiveBlog below.
